Arrival and Orientation Schedule

The 2025 Welcome Weekend and Orientation schedules are posted on Coby Engage, the Corq App and Google Maps.

All residential students attending the one-day Orientation will move into their fall housing assignments on the morning of Thursday, August 21. Students will check in at Brick Yard Point First and then be directed to move into their residence hall.

Students who are living on campus, who attended one of the first three Orientation sessions, will move into their Fall 2026 Housing Assignment on Friday, August 22nd. More information on move in times are located on Coby Engage/CORQ, on the google map pages, or below. Please come during your designated time and proceed directly to your residence hall.

11:30 – 12:30 pm | Last names P – Z | Your Residence Hall
